I think we've all missed the deeper meaning of this day, its not all about greeting cards, chocolate and being romantic with your other halves - this is just one form of showing love. Love is mutifaceted. Love has the power to change, heal and motivate the lives of everyone it comes in contact with. So go love it up.
This is my 5th valentines day with Christofer . We spent the day doing what we do every weekend - which is eat. Sydney Fishmarket was our 1st stop , we've both talked about going together but for some reason we just never got around to it - well worth the 45 minutes searching for a car space - the food was on our plates from the ocean within the hour.
It was a rainy, but humid day so I threw on my fave $3 shorts, plunge back leotard, vintage wide brim bowler style hat and a pair of pixie boots i recently won on ebay and off we went. We also went to the Dymocks Bookstore so I could grab an intalian phrase book for my trip to Milan in july.. as my italian is limited to about 2 words - now a little more as you can see on my blog title . It reads, "My darlingm I love you".
